REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all digital courses, cohort programmes, PDF/downloadable products, and community memberships sold on streequity.com (“Site”) or through our Gumroad checkout. By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.

2. Eligibility Rules

Proof of purchase (Gumroad receipt or order ID) required.

Bundles: partial refunds not available—entire bundle access will be revoked.

Promotional/discounted sales follow the same windows; refund amount = amount paid.

Completion certificates become invalid after refund is processed.
3. How to Request a Refund

Email community@streequity.com with subject line “REFUND – [Order ID]”.

State product name, purchase date, and reason (optional but helps us improve).

We’ll respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (bank timelines may vary).
4. Grounds for Refusal

Request made after the stated refund window.

More than 25 % of course videos marked “completed.”

Downloads of > 50 % of attached resources/PDFs.

Breach of Community Guidelines (harassment, spam, plagiarism).

Chargebacks filed before contacting us—please email first; we can resolve 99 % of issues.
5. Change-of-Mind & Duplicate Purchase

Change-of-mind outside the refund window is not eligible.

Duplicate purchase of the same product within 24 hrs will be refunded in full; notify us immediately.
6. Technical Issues
If you experience playback or access problems, email support first. We’ll try troubleshooting (browser cache, alternate device, manual link). Refunds are last resort if we cannot deliver the content.
7. Cancellation of Live Cohorts

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a live cohort (minimum enrolment not met, instructor emergency).

If cancelled, you may choose (a) full refund or (b) seat in next cohort.
